We thought it would be awesome to create self-portraits! I must say, my little minions did a great job! They are doing extremely well with learning that although we are all different, we still have to treat one another with respect.

I'm so proud of all the little minions for graphing their family members that lived with them in their house! We learned that all families are different and unique just like each student is different and unique (: We were super excited to have Ms. Lily come to read a book to us in her native language which is Chinese. She also taught us a song that we could play a game to! Learning about one another's culture is a great way to allow the little minions to demonstrate Expectation #1.
We had a blast learning about our five senses this week! Using our five senses, we explored marshmallows and popcorn! Kennedy thinks the marshmallows tastes better if you lick them! Taking a big smell of the popcorn! Using their sense of taste to see what the popcorn sounds like!

Ms. MinorI am a fun, bubbly person!! I love working with children, and currently have 18 mighty mateys I get to work with everyday! I try to make a difference in each of my students' lives as well as teach them the tools they need to succeed in and out of school. Archives
